INGREDIENTS: Aqua, Coco Caprylate/Caprate, Neopentyl Glycol Dicaprylate/Dicaprate, Propylene Glycol, Hexylene Glycol, Aspalathus Linearis (Rooibos) Extract, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Panthenol, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Chloride, Benzophenone-4, Sodium Metabisulfite, Polyquartenium 10, Cetrimonium Chloride, Sodium Hydroxide.

Shake well. Apply product to cotton pad, hold to eye area for several seconds then wipe gently. Rinse with cool water.
